Maximum occupancy is 8 people, NO excessive noise especially after10pm, NO rough behavior that damages my property in anyway. The hotel has strict policies and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in an immediate eviction and/or a loss of damage deposit.
I have extensive knowledge of Las Vegas and I would be happy to help you out with show, dining and other activity tips. You will have access to concierge services. Let me know me how I can make your stay memorable, and I will do my best to accommodate your requests!

Don's place was fantastic and he was a wonderfully accomodating host. After an initial mixup with dome trash left in the Unit from a previous tenant, Don immediately sent us some money as an apology to "have a drink on him", which was very appreciated. He later offered late checkout without us prompting and gave us plenty of time to relax before our late evening flights. The space was comfortable and welcoming. Couldn't imagine a better way to do a first vegas trip.

Super comfortable and roomy place. Amazing views and the entire place was even more than we expected. We were torn between wanting to spend time on the strip, and just staying in, but were able to do enough of both, and it was super relaxing to be able to get outta the chaos of the Strip when we needed to.
We will definitely be staying here again
