The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort is located a short walk to the Las Vegas Strip, in between the Hard Rock Resort and the Planet Hollywood Resort. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Harrah's Casino on the strip. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, living room with pull-out sofa, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.
The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds and the third bedroom has a king size bed with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room that includes a queen size sofa sleeper.
The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.
We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.
The resort requires a security deposit of $150.00 at check in.

Really awesome spot for staying with a group. Host was very easy to work with and communicative, check-in process was super smooth, and the property itself has a lot of great perks. Location wise it’s an easy walk to the Strip and convenient for getting around elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property! The location was fantastic for us, close to the strip, major attractions, and easy access to highways. Clean, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were beyond comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly. The check-in/out process was incredibly smooth.
