Our newly renovated duplex apartment is ideally located just outside Girona’s historic centre, right behind the old city wall. Spacious and full of light, it offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The living room has an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, and there’s also a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom to keep you cool and comfortable.Step inside and enjoy a cozy yet modern home, fully equipped with fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a kitchen with everything you need. The large furnished terrace on the east side is perfect for breakfast in the sun or a relaxed evening meal, while the balcony on the west side offers stunning views over the city.Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with two singles, a desk, and an en suite bathroom. A second bathroom is in the hall. Upstairs, next to the living room, there’s a third bedroom with a double bed.With the old town just steps away, you can easily explore Girona’s charming streets, squares, and landmarks, then return to relax in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Notes:
The apartment is in a quiet dead-end street just outside (above) the Barri Vell (historic centre). The street is quite a bit higher than the centre so if you go to the apartment there is a hill to climb. If you are on a bike, it´s steep but not too long. At the end of the dead-end street there is a nice walking path (with stairs) that leads directly into the Barri Vell.You can get to the apartment with a car, but there is no free parking in the street.The entrance of the apartment is on ground level but it´s a duplex so inside there are stairs.

A late check-in is no problem, but we do have a policy (after 21:00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20 euro;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40 euro;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course, if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00:00 we will be there for you.

Tourist taxTourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
