Elegant, exclusive, exceptional. Bear Creek West is a luxurious Telluride loft with three bedrooms, a private elevator, and a rooftop hot tub, all located in a flawless location on the quieter, eastern edge of Main Street directly across the street from the serene Town Park.
In the loft-style LIVING AREA, high ceilings and huge, light-filled windows surround the laid-back living space, where you’ll find a spacious sectional sofa facing a crackling, contemporary fireplace. Next to the fireplace is a large HDTV hidden in a stylish cabinet, while outside through the glass doors is your ROOFTOP PATIO with an inviting HOT TUB and a barbecue grill.
Back inside, there’s a FORMAL DINING AREA with space for eight people, and a casual, granite-topped bar with seating for four more that leads into the open KITCHEN. Here, the polished black granite countertops and chic dark wood cabinetry create an ideal space for prepping meals or aprés-ski cocktails for your crew. The well-appointed appliance suite includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and a classic Wolf gas range.
The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is located down the short hallway, and is a calm, tranquil retreat to recharge. This lovely space includes a plush king-size bed, a large HDTV, and a custom walk-in closet that leads into the ENSUITE BATHROOM. The sunken, spa-like bath features a step-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double marble vanity.
In the SECOND BEDROOM, which is also a suite, there’s a queen-sized bed and another FULL BATHROOM. The third bedroom is a flexible BUNK ROOM with a twin-over-full-size bunk and a twin-size trundle bed.
Bear Creek West also boasts a LAUNDRY ROOM with a full-size, deluxe Whirlpool washer and dryer, a convenient POWDER ROOM for guests, and a spacious SKI STORAGE area that’s ideal for your outdoor gear.

Overall we really enjoyed the condo. It is in a great location on the main drag, and within fairly easy walking distance to everything in Telluride (not a big town, so everything is close!). The condo itself needs some maintenance and TLC, but otherwise enjoyed it and our stay.

Loved Telluride! Condo was perfect for walking to downtown shops & restaurants as well as gondola and pickleball courts. Would definitely stay there again.
