Independent house with private swimming pool located in a very scenic area in Valdichiana and surrounded by the countryside of Arezzo. Hectares of woodlands that circle the property ensure maximum privacy and a closeness with nature. The interior is in a rustic style. Outside, the guests can enjoy a private garden and a beautiful swimming pool with a great view and wooden solarium furnished with tables and chairs. Beside the swimming pool there is also a hot tub to enjoy.

The house is accessed via a stretch of roughly 4km of dirt road which is not adapted to low-lying/sports cars.
Distances: Civitella della Chiana with food stores and restaurants - 6 km, Battifolle with a wide variety of shops - roughly 15 km, Arezzo (train station) - 25 km, Monte San Savino - 25 km, Siena – roughly 75 km, Florence (airport) - 80 km, Perugia - 100 km.
Available: outdoor private and furnished area with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas, swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (9 x 3 m - depth 1,1 m – open from 01/04 to 15/10), outdoor shower with hot water (solar heated), barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven.
