VERY NICE LITTLE ABOVE GARAGE UNIT IN GREAT BOULDIN NEIGHBORHOOD LOCATION. EASY IN/OUT, VERY CLEAN. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR SINGLE PERSON OR COUPLE!
