Professionally designed and furnished new home in the heart of central Austin. This is your luxury rental for big Austin events like ACL, SXSW and F-1 or any other time . Built around a 200 year old heritage oak tree this custom built "tree house" is in the heart of downtown Austin. The first floor of the rental includes a luxurious bedroom/bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry/office room (with a queen blowup mattress if needed) and a living room with large windows and plenty of light. The second floor has a second bedroom and full bath. The main living area includes an open floor plan with living, dining, and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with all your needs including Wolf and Sub-zero appliances. The living room looks out onto a beautiful outdoor seating area . The entire house is professionally design and furnished. All this in heart of downtown Austin, walking distance to movie theaters and restaurants, and within one mile of major attractions like Barton Spring, Zilker Park, and Lady Bird Lake. If you are coming in for ACL music festival you are walking distance to the show.

The house is beautiful, and in a fantastic neighborhood. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. Host was very attentive and made check in and check out easy. We loved our stay here!!

This property was perfect for our annual ACL trip. The location was a 20 minute walk to the gates of Zilker Park. The neighborhood felt safe, even walking home at 10pm. The house itself was updated with cute decor. John was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I think we may have found the perfect property for our ACL trip! We will definitely be booking again!
