location dia terletak di antara k.kangsar & taiping..dlm 15 min ke k.kangsar, 20min ke taiping..kawasan kampung..malam² agak sunyi..n kali pertama sampai, mmg terlepas simpang..sbb lorong dia kecil je, muat² kereta je..tpi overall okay..sangat tenang,sbb dikelilingi bukit bukau..sesuai untuk keluarga 8-10org
kalau malam² takut sikit sbb lorong dia even ada lampu yg dipasang, still agak sunyi.. n ada anjing di lorong laluan masuk

Rumah bersih dan kemas. Tandas bersih. 3 bilik dilengkapi dengan aircond. Ada menyediakan telekung + sejadah disetiap bilik. Iron function, board besar dan stabil. Laman besar boleh parking bnyk kereta.suasana kampung yg damai. 10 minit dari kedai kopi viral😆
Untuk penambahbaikan, owner boleh pasangkan waterheater di salah satu bilik air.
