The owner, Ms. Neermala, was very welcoming and nice...that's the first green flag. The house itself is spotlessly clean and very homey, reminded me of my late grandma house.

The house was clean and spacious for my whole family.
Living room and bedroom have aircond so it was very comfortable in this hot season.
There were instant drinks provided as refreshment would be great if there were instant noodle too ;)
No extra mattress was provided but there were a lot of pillow.
Extra pillow did not have pillow case so it was a little dirty.
Only 2 pcs of towel was provided for 7 of us, luckily we brought our own towel.

The house was comfortable enough but it be better if there is an aircond on the living hall. Suitable for family to gather and relax.
Booking apps system is very poor. They make a mistake because when I ask for 2 homes, they only gave me 1 home. I enquire owner and they mention that they do not have 2 homes and booking apps that count the rooms as homes. And I ended up paying for 2 homes when I only get one. Booking.com better make clear detail whether their accommodation is counted as rooms or homes. Stop making people confused and pay more than they should.
