The location is great the place is calm and the staff was helpful
The most frustrating issue was the Wi-Fi access. The receptionist doesn’t know the password and has to call a special person to come and enter it for guests. On top of that, there is a rule that only one device can connect to the Wi-Fi, even when a room is booked for two people, which really doesn’t make sense.
This system is inefficient and very old-school, and it ends up wasting a lot of time for both guests and staff. Modern Wi-Fi already supports QR-code access and easy sharing once a device is connected, so restricting access and hiding the password for a single device serves no real purpose.

Room was not spacious enough. The bed was literally filling the whole room.
