Muse οf Mykonos Luxury Suites

Me gustó la piscina privada de la habitación y las vistas, espectaculares. Me gustó la atención de todo el personal, el desayuno, completo y de buena calidad. La tranquilidad del hotel y la buena ubicación. Los muebles de la habitación son de madera maciza, de calidad. Las tumbonas de la terraza muy cómodas, y valoramos la limpieza diaria de la habitación y de la piscina privada. Agradezco especialmente la atención de Efraim en el bar/restaurante, y de la chica y el chico a cargo de la recepción.

Hace falta al menos una silla en la habitación. No teníamos donde sentarnos más que en las tumbonas de la terraza.

Totul a fost la superlativ: micul dejun, piscina comuna cu barul si mancarea, camera cu piscina proprie, curatenia, view-ul.

Review of Muse of Mykonos – Private Suite with Private Pool (8-Night Stay) I stayed for eight nights in the Private Suite with Private Pool at Muse of Mykonos. Overall, I would rate my experience 6-7/10. While there were some positive aspects, several important issues prevented this from feeling like a true luxury hotel experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which is perfect for guests looking for relaxation away from the crowds. The private pool was larger than expected and one of the highlights of the stay. The room itself was spacious, and the stone-style bathroom gave the suite a unique character. I would also like to mention the young lady at the reception, who was polite, professional, and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. Location – The Biggest Drawback: The hotel’s location is extremely isolated. Although it is situated in a village, it is not practical to reach beaches, the city center, the airport, or other attractions without a rental car. Walking is not a realistic option due to the narrow roads and dangerous traffic conditions. There is no convenient public transportation nearby, and taxi fares are exceptionally expensive. Even short trips of only a few kilometers can cost around €35 or more. Without a car, guests can easily feel trapped and dependent on costly private transfers. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was performed daily, but the cleaning often felt superficial. The terrace was not properly cleaned during my stay, and the floors appeared neglected. Another issue was the number of insects in and around the room. While I understand that the hotel is located in a natural environment, I would expect a luxury property to have better insect-control measures. Small insects frequently appeared on the bed, outdoor furniture, and even inside the refrigerator. At times, doors were left open during service, allowing more insects to enter the room.

1. Very isolated location – Without a rental car, it is extremely difficult to move around the island. Taxis and private transfers are very expensive, and there is no convenient public transportation nearby. 2. Cleanliness could be improved – Daily housekeeping was provided, but cleaning often felt superficial. The terrace, bathroom surfaces, and some areas of the room were not maintained to a five-star standard. 3. Too many insects in the room and outdoor areas – Small insects frequently appeared in the room, on the bed, around the pool area, and even inside the refrigerator. 4. Disappointing restaurant quality – The food did not meet expectations for a luxury hotel. The Shrimp Saganaki and Caesar salad were particularly disappointing in terms of preparation and presentation. 5. Inexperienced staff – Although most employees were polite and tried to help, many seemed very young and lacked the experience and professionalism expected from a high-end hotel. 6. Expensive transportation services – Hotel-arranged transfers and local taxis were excessively expensive, making it costly to explore the island without a car. 7. Poor communication of important information – Instructions for late-night access to the property were not clearly explained before arrival. 8. Strong chlorine smell in the private pool – The pool was spacious and attractive, but the chlorine level appeared excessive and affected comfort during use.
