Maregold Mykonos Micro-Boutique Suites, Adults Only

Great escape from a crowds of Mykonos. Can not really express how amazing atmosphere they create. Location - quiet but still walkable distance to the nicest beach we have seen at the island. The owner commitment to the comfort and stress free holidays we ve never ever met. Good architecture, good (although basic) food. Good memories we have and very very strong recomendation to visit.

The property was amazing to stay at. The owner, Dionisis, was the best! Gave many local recommendations to do on the island, from beaches, restaurants, places to go and see on the island. The breakfast with iced coffee was the perfect way to start the day! Also, we had a late flight out after checkout, so Dionisis gave us another room to relax and shower before we left. I highly recommend staying at Maregold!

The thing that was tricky was a short part of the road to get to the property is steep, but worth it!

We had really great time in Maregold and Mykonos, thanks to Dionisis, who is an amazing host and set the bar too high for the future trips. :) (Also big shout out to Smoky, the head of security, who kept us company during cozy breakfast times at our terrace.) The hotel was very elegantly decorated, super clean and very comfortable. Perfect place to get away from the daily chaos and relax. Dionisis helped us a lot and gave great tips on how to enjoy Mykonos fully. Also his crisis management was top notch. I can only hope I will be able to visit again.

The Maregold is the perfect compromise between the amenities of a hotel and the charm of private accommodation. We were warmly looked after by our host and felt completely at home there. We would definitely return! If you're looking for party tourism in Mykonos, Elia is probably not the place for you. The village is quiet, which was perfect for us. There is a path that takes you to Elia Beach (the most beautiful beach on the island) in less than 10 minutes on foot. In the evening, there are two great restaurants down by the sea, but we took the car to get there.
