Like some other reviewers, I honestly had no idea that this place was an actual "Love Hotel." I just thought that it has a no-kids policy. - The room was actually decent, especially the bathroom and shower area. - The bathtub has a bubble option, as well as an LED light that changes colors in the water, lol. - If staying overnight the room comes with a few breakfast options that you get delivered to your room. I ordered the eggs and croissant with coffee. I wasn't expecting an amazing meal, but it was fine. No fork offered, just chop sticks.

- The check-in time is only from 9pm-midnight. If you check-in early you will be charged for every 30 minutes that you are early. I ended up checking in at about 7:45pm and I was charged an additional 4,500 yen for it. I was already having a stressful day with flight screw ups, so I wasn't trying to shop around for different options. While I understand the nature of this place it still makes checking in more stressful. - The front desk person isn't actually at the reception area. He is located in some other room behind a door. If you want to speak to them then you have to pick up the phone on the counter that automatically dials them. They don't speak English, so if there is a communication problem then they'll come out to see you. - Guests don't get a key or card for their room, and the doors lock after you are inside. So, if you want to leave your room you must inform the front desk. - The location seems rather isolated, despite the building being easily seen from nearby.

出張でここしか空いてなかったので予約したが、９時にならないとチェックイン出来ないと言われた なんにせよ説明がない booking.com に載せなで欲しい 載せるならここはラブホです９時からじゃないとチェックイン出来ないと一番始めの案内に記載して欲しい
