We were in town for the marathon and this property was perfect for being able to easily walk to the starting line near the science museum. The apartment is basic but had everything we needed. The mattress was super comfortable.
The windows in the living room need either curtains or blinds and the WiFi was a bit hit-or-miss.

Fenced yard, comfortable bed, full sized kitchen, location to riverwalk (bars and restaurants), safe and quiet neighborhood.
No window coverings in the living area. We actually went a purchased temporary blinds. Felt exposed at night. No hot water in shower. Granted, in Summer it probably feels pretty good but when we were there it was only 50 degrees at night.
