Apartament bardzo przytulny, usytuowany na 4 piętrze kamienicy, wjazd windą. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchni, pralka, zmywarka, kuchenka, lodówka, czajnik. Apartament mały ale spokojnie wystarczy dla rodziny 2+2. Do dyspozycji sauna która jest ogromnym plusem, jest też klimatyzacja. Wszystko działało jak trzeba. Trochę gorzej z parkingiem, trzeba mieć szczęście żeby zaparkować niedaleko apartamentu no i cena 9 zł za godzinę. Jeśli ktoś chce na dłużej zaparkować samochód to polecam parking na ul Miodowej, cena 70 zł za dobę.
Słuchawka prysznicowa nie miała regulacji nachylenia co może być niewygodne zwłaszcza dla dzieci
