Meeldis asukoht. Väga hea lähedus kõikidele vaatamisväärsustele. Trammi ja rongiga ligipääs kõik võimalikesse kohtadesse. Korter ise puhas, kõik vajalikud asjad olemas üheks ööks (Kui tarvis kauem olla, tuleb ise juurde osta)
Juhised kuidas apartmenti saada - äärmiselt ebatäpne. Tuleks juhistesse kirjutada et kõigepealt tuleb leida üles sisehoov ja sealt pääseb liftiga vastavasse korterisse. Padjad magamistoas olid äärmiselt õhukesed. Välimööbel (kaks tooli ja üks laud kahele apartmendile) halvasti valitud ja tolmused WiFi katkendlik ja toimis hästi ainult magamistoas.
