Gartenwohnung mit Terrasse 2 Zimmer

The accommodation truly met all my needs and was one of the most wonderful places I have stayed in Germany, especially in Nuremberg. The host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. The two rooms were beautiful, and since I arrived on New Year’s Eve, the city was covered in a stunning white coat of snow, which added a magical touch to our trip. The highlight was the fully glass bedroom surrounded by. We could watch the snowfall and enjoy the breathtaking natural scenery as if we were living on top of the Alps in a warm glass cabin. We slept and woke up to a masterpiece painted by nature itself. The bathroom was also excellent—modern, clean, and very comfortable, which added even more quality to our stay. I sincerely thank the owner for this exceptional experience. The free parking in front of the building was safe and very convenient. This stay was truly unforgettable.

Très propre, proche métro et quelques commerces.

Très surpris par une phrase du message d’accueil (par whatsapp): « Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wohnung nicht für die Unterbringung von zwei männlichen Personen gleichzeitig geeignet ist, da keine separaten Betten zur Verfügung stehen. » (« Veuillez noter que l'appartement ne convient pas à l'hébergement de deux hommes en même temps, car aucun lit séparé n'est disponible. »). J’y détecte un ton homophobe très nauséabond pour un logement a Nuremberg 😡 Pour le reste : Aucun accueil, aucune suggestion de visite ou indication pratique, aucune notice d’utilisation des équipements, vaisselle partiellement dépareillée, oreillers très inconfortables (très mal dormi), froid glacial dans les lieux à mon arrivée (chauffage n’avait pas été mis en marche).

Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Appartment ist eigentlich zu schade für eine reine Übernachtung: sehr geräumig, Küche, großzügiges Bad mit Wanne, hübscher Wintergarten und ein Platz im Grünen. Hier könnte man gut mehrere Tag verbringen.

Die Fenster sind nicht besonders schallisoliert, allerdings ist der Geräuschpegel in der Gegend ziemlich normal (keine stark befahrene Kreuzung o.ä.). Wer sehr empfindlich ist, sollte vorsorgen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig und ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Nürnberg komme, werde ich zu Bashars Wohnung kommen, weil er sehr hilfsbereit war. Ich empfehle es.
