The property itself and the set up was perfect. So much space for 6 of us to stay and for the kids to play. Had lovely views and the hot tub was a lovely end to the day. The kitchen and facilities there were great, we made breakfast and dinner at the property each day. There is a bus stop right outside the chalet which is great. The buses weren’t always on time though, not the company’s fault of course, so we did some walks up the hill with a 6 year old and 9 year old. They were tired but they managed it.

We weren’t given a whole lot of information on “rules” of the property, nor that people would come and do checks during our stay. Feel like the company could have done more here. Note everyone: you must shower right before you get in the hot tub. We weren’t aware of this and only got told after an engineer had come round and they tried to revoke the use of the hot tub from us. The staff we spoke to then explained the rules and let us continue using it. But I would advise you ask the company for a list of rules prior to staying to avoid this.
