50 m cocoon of Love with a common shared pool

It is a very cosy, clean apartment, equipped with everything you might need and an amazing view. It’s very pleasant to stay here.

Property itself doesn’t have any flaws, but bear in mind there’re bars nearby and on Friday and Saturday nights there were raves with extremely heavy beats and high frequency. If it’s not your type of midnight music, you have to get an earplugs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely 1st floor apartment. The view overlooking Saint-Raphael Marina was wonderful with a long patio around the outside of the apartment. The accommodation comprising a large lounge, double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC was very comfortable and tastefully furnished with everything provided. Just across the road there is a good selection of restaurants where we enjoyed dinner in the evenings. The 15 minute walk along the coast into Saint-Raphael centre was very pleasant. We found it easier to use the 'visitor' parking slots in the complex rather than the underground car park.

Nothing not to like.

- Für uns sehr gute Lage, ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss in die Stadt und zum grossen Strand der Stadt, andere Strände eher etwas weiter weg - Im Sommer kostenloser kleiner Bus ins Zentrum, Bushaltestelle ein paar Minuten entfernt - Wohnung gut ausgestattet und geräumig, schöner Meerblick, grosse Terrasse

- Kongresszentrum gleich vis à vis, wenn Konzert ist, ist es ziemlich laut, sehr gut hörbar auch drinnen - Poolöffnungszeiten 9-20 Uhr: 8-21 Uhr wäre besser

Modern. Well equipped. Good air con. Good pool. Underground car park with allocated space.

The car park remote control broke. It was rectified within an hour but we couldn’t get out of the car park during that time.
