Perfectly nestled between Cannes and St. Tropez—just 45 minutes from Nice Airport—this gated top-floor retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay and the Esterel mountains. Whether you are relaxing by the beautiful pentagonal pool or enjoying a morning croissant opposite the residence, this is your perfect French Riviera escape.
The Space & Layout:
Spanning the 3rd and 4th floors (accessible via a lift to the 3rd floor), our home is designed for comfort and outdoor living:
Third Floor:
Features a bright master bedroom with a king-size bed, ample storage, a modern air-conditioning unit, and its own West-facing balcony with loungers. A separate bathroom, WC, and wardrobe space are also on this level.
Fourth Floor (Stair Access):
An open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a Smart TV, high-speed Orange Fibre Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a new induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Lovely apartment with spectacular views from three different terraces. Fabulous location close to St Raphael beaches and restaurants, and to local bakers and shops. The apartment building and grounds have a very secure residential feel rather than a holiday let feel to them. The pool was lovely and the apartment was comfortable and well- equipped. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed every minute in this charming Appartment. With the 3 balconies you can enjoy every minute of the day outside with great view on the harbor and the ocean.

The apartment is great, comfortable and with everything you need. The view of the bay is fantastic. The thing we liked most is the location, across the road from the marina, with shops, takeaways and a great selection of restaurants also some great walks around the coast. Once there you really don’t need a car. Jane and Christine always responded to messages.

Le Mexico is a real gem with the wow factor. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The sea views from the terraces across the marina are beautiful. Its proximity to Port Santa Lucia just across the road is a real bonus having a good supermarket, nice variety of restaurants and boulangerie. The walk into the centre of St. Raphael along the long promenade is very attractive with its beautiful gardens on one side and the sea on the other. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely, well maintained property.
