Sécurité, espace, proximité magasins et transports.
Matelas lit confortable, appartement silencieux et bien équipé. Hôte réactive.
Boites à clef pour l’entrée qui ne fonctionnent pas tout le temps (vu avec un jeune qui vit dans l’immeuble), manque de rangement dans la chambre et manque de vaisselle dans cuisine. Propreté sol et sanitaires ok mais le reste à revoir (taches sur canapés, plaintes poussiéreuses…)

L’emplacement avec la proximité du métro et des commerces, l’espace, le mobilier
L’absence de stores occultant dans la chambre. Un seul store sur une porte fenêtre et non occultant.

Cucina ben fornita e comoda, frigorifero ampio. Spazioso appartamento. Proprietario disponibile nelle risposte.
Alcune parti non erano pulite (testiera del letto con macchie, porta e superfici del bagno…), in appartamento c’era un odore spiacevole (il proprietario ha sempre risposto ed è stato disponibile a risolvere il problema che però è persistito).
La zona della struttura è centrale ma non piacevole, con scene di degrado appena fuori dall’edificio. Porta-finestra della camera da letto non completamente oscurabile quindi entrava luce. Locker per ritirare/consegnare le chiavi malfunzionante con ritardi nel check-out.
