Universal's Stella Nova Resort

La struttura è stata scelta appositamente per la vicinanza al parco Epic. La posizione in effetti è a pochi minuti a piedi dal parco, rendendo l’accesso prioritario molto facile

Se proprio devo trovare un paio di difetti, sono la rumorosità delle stanze, non c’è sufficiente isolamento acustico e si può sentire chiaramente tutto ciò che dicono i vicini e il fatto che le pulizie non siano quotidiane

Lovely and new. Nice bedrooms. Lovely big windows. Great reception and pool and lovely pancakes from the cafe, even made us gluten free ones.

The pool didn’t open until 9am and there were very strict rules around the pool and in the pool.

The pool area was good in terms of size and cleanliness. The hot tub was great for the kids.

The rooms are only cleaned every second day meaning if you have 4 to a room and shower daily you are left without clean towels. If the decision is being made to clean on a 2 day rotation extra towels should be provided. The cleaning overall was poor. There was always some hair left in the shower. The bed sheets were not cleaned and replaced every second day in 10 days one of the beds was changed once and the other twice but only when a specific request was made for it to be changed. The timings are also not ideal and overall the cleaning really impacted our stay.
