Perrin Place Unit 3

La casa è stupenda, dotata di tutti i comfort in una zona tranquilla. La sauna del bagno interno ad una delle camere è la chicca in più.

Un bagno che non funzionava bene, sbloccato in autonomia con ventosa.

If you have an apartment available for short-term rental, you should stay here at 34 Perrin to learn how it should be done. Everything here was exceptional: clean, very comfortable, spacious...just perfect. Surprisingly, I liked sitting on the balcony at night with a glass of wine after a long day. The appliances looked new and spotless. The en suite shower was great. There is a Stop and Shop and a Target about 10 minutes away for all of your food needs. They even have a reverse osmosis system for your drinking water. I can't say enough nice things about this apartment. If I'm every in Boston again for business, I'll try to stay here again. And check out the Merengue Restaurant on Blue Hill Road (~5 minute walk) for some amazing Dominican food.

Nothing really. I took the T from Uphams Corner to South Station every day. The walk/drive to the station was through a rather Urban setting. Some people may not feel comfortable with this short walk (especially at night). But parking at Uphams Station was free and plentiful. So you can drive to the station, or take a taxi to your destination. It really was not a problem for me.

The house itself was very nice. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. I loved the bathrooms and kitchen, and enjoyed the balcony and other common spaces.

I attempted to communicate with the hosts many times and received either no response or a response hours later. One of these included trying to get into the house when we arrived, and the host didn’t reply to messages or calls.
