Villa K&L Pasohlávky

We really enjoined our stay in this house especially the swimming pool and the outdoor areas. Very nice house with all things keept clean and tidy. Aircon in every living/sleeping room were appriciated a lot. Integrated coffeemachine with beans filled up. Nice bigscreen TV to watch the worldcup final on. Thanks for the free local bottle of wine to enjoy in the summer heat.

We missed so much an outdoor grill and also a toaster in the kitchen. The whole surrounding city area was more or less a construction site building these holiday housings, but the house itself made that bearable.

Krásná vila přímo u vody s jedinečnou atmosférou díky krásným výhledům ze všech ložnic. Dobře vybavená kuchyň, bezproblémová komunikace s majiteli, velký a čistý bazén. Super pro výlety na kole, cyklostezka je doslova rovnou za plotem. Moc doporučujeme!

The villa is exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with high-end technology throughout. It was truly impressive. The view from the villa is stunning, offering a lovely and serene lake view. The room size is spacious, and the bed is both good and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.

Although the villa was nice, there were a few things that were upsetting to us. The access code to the villa was provided very late. Additionally, the rule about paying a €500 deposit and the municipality tax was communicated to us quite late, and it wasn’t clearly mentioned when we initially booked the villa. When I paid the deposit, the owner refused to provide the code until I showed proof that the deposit had been deducted from my account, even though I had already sent them the bank transfer confirmation. This caused unnecessary stress for us. On the third day, I received a message from the owner early in the morning informing me that an electrician would be visiting the villa to do some work in the garage. This was quite inconvenient, considering we were only staying for three nights, and I believe the work could have waited until we left. After the electrician’s visit, the main circuit breaker kept switching off. I tried to resolve the issue with the owner, but there was no quick response. She eventually said she would send someone the next day, but by then we would have already checked out. This main circuit breaker controlled the heaters, water, cooker, and many other essential systems. As a result, we struggled the entire day—we couldn’t cook, take a shower, or even use the toilet due to the lack of water.
