Sicherheit & Hygiene: Verletzung an einer Fussleiste im oberen Badezimmer am ersten Tag Stark verkalkte Armaturen in fast allen Waschbecken Grünspan an Küchenarmaturen Die Küche müsste wieder mal richtig gereinigt werden (z.B. in den Schränken und Schubladen) Küche: Teflonpfannen stark zerkratzt (hygienische Bedenken), sollten unseres Erachtens alle ersetzt werden Beschädigte Gläser mussten aussortiert werden Garten: Sehr schöner Innenhof, aber Gartenmöbel und Sitzkissen stark verschmutzt, mussten vor Nutzung gründlich gereinigt werden Komfort: Obere Schlafzimmer im Sommer über 30 Grad – ohne Ventilatoren unbenutzbar Deutlicher Verkehrslärm ab etwa 7 Uhr morgens, kein Ausschlafen möglich bei geöffneten Fenstern Details: Kein Willkommenspakete (Waschmittel, Kaffeekapseln)
