easy to communicate with host, the apartment is near to places we would like to visit. the house is clean spacious, even with 8 adults, it does not feel crowded. easy parking.

Everything is provided including the steam iron, kitchen utensils, bed is large, really comfy homestay for big family. House is clean. Water heater functioning great & owner also provides a heating fan to keep you warm.
All is ok just for improvement, since the writing on the steam iron is in Mandarin language, I have difficulty to understand how the thing works and make the cloth ironing slow. But this is only a small matter, only concern for those who need iron, in overall homestay is really comfy and awesome.
