Clean and comfortable
First, No reserve parking. Need to pay rm5 for 1 nights per car. Parking is near the post guard. Secondly, need to pay deposit rm200 and will refund after 7 days. Luckily nice agent which refund after 1 days check out.

We were given a unit (715). We encountered few issues with the unit such as toilet door damaged, flush not working well, dusty, tv not functioning and no free parking (how come no free parking when booked a house???). At last we paid for parking lot at MYR30 for 2 days. The parking lot was given in the same building. Strange right....!!! After looking at the unit condition, we were given another unit that was much better then earlier one. Thanks.
No amenities such as soap and bath towels.
