An incredible setting. The drive up to the Chateau takes your breath away.
We had to wait over an hour after our scheduled check in time due to friction between the cleaning staff. With 2 tired kids and after a long drive this wasn’t acceptable. We were also not provided with shower gel and had to notify reception. Would have expected better at an establishment like this.
