Very central for our needs....great value and the apartment was huge with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Didn't realise there was two sets of lifts from the basement carpark and we couldn't get the key fob to work...finally realised we had the wrong lifts. Unit was okay but Body Corporate of this building need to look at the cleaning of the common areas and the overwhelming mould smell in the corridors.... truly awful.

Location was good Close to public transport and trains
The main mattress in the main bedroom had a big dip on the side of it, felt like you could fall out of bed if you’re too close to the edge. In the other bedroom, it was a very cheap bed put together. Mattress wasn’t too bad. Blinds need updating as they do not close properly in lounge room and one of the bedrooms. There was also not a nice smell to the unit.

I liked the price, the convenient location and that it had two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and it had a big fridge. I did enjoy the bath.
That the door handle to the apartment broke upon arrival and no one would come fix it until the next day. The floor and the bathrooms were dirty. The key was in a lock box that was low to the ground. If you are not able to get down that low, you cannot get the key or put it back. They refused to give an alternate option of returning the key.
