Very central for our needs....great value and the apartment was huge with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Didn't realise there was two sets of lifts from the basement carpark and we couldn't get the key fob to work...finally realised we had the wrong lifts. Unit was okay but Body Corporate of this building need to look at the cleaning of the common areas and the overwhelming mould smell in the corridors.... truly awful.

Location was good Close to public transport and trains
The main mattress in the main bedroom had a big dip on the side of it, felt like you could fall out of bed if you’re too close to the edge. In the other bedroom, it was a very cheap bed put together. Mattress wasn’t too bad. Blinds need updating as they do not close properly in lounge room and one of the bedrooms. There was also not a nice smell to the unit.

Walking distance to train stations and shops. Close to Olympic park where we had a competition. Spacious and 2 bathrooms as well as laundry. Host was responsive to small problems.
Very noisy location when doors were open for ventilation. A bit run down but functional. Couldn’t get tv working reliably
