Property was in a great location, walkable to the stadium which was the reason for our visit. Check in instructions where easy and staff communication was great
The blind in front of the door to the balcony was broken, we could adjust that blond to block out the light from the motorway. Backs of some chairs just completely lift of the chair but again doesn’t affect the stay at all

The location was great for us as we were visiting family in Concord. It was a comfortable walk to the Homebush train station, Sydney markets, and cafes in Homebush. The apartment was spacious with a large covered balcony, and was perfect for two couples. The basics were provided (instant coffee, tea, oil, salt) but no hairdryer. The hosts were very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Comfortable beds. Clean linen.
Good communication.
Could use a deep clean. Was clean enough, but could be so much better.
Not all windows had blinds in living room which is a problem for someone using the sofa bed.

Spacious unit
A managed property with no communication to access support if needed.
The unit is not new, and would be enhanced by increased detail to cleaning and repairs. Several power outlets did not work, kitchen light blown. Bathrooms had areas of mould and grout damage.
Kitchen pots were dirty and tea / coffee containers had hardened residue.
