Apartamento muy bien ubicado en zona tranquila y muy buen barrio, con todo tipo de servicios y metro cerca. Si prefieres algo de espacio a las comodidades de un hotel, es perfecto, sitio para las maletas, juegos de toallas limpias para toda la estancia, y balcón. Aseo pequeño pero funcional. Encargado amable y buena comunicación
No fue molestia para nosotros, pero son dos pisos sin ascensor.

The apartment was in a quiet side-street 300 m from the closest metro station and within walking distance (15 min) from Shinjuku station, with several shops nearby. It was located on the third floor (no elevator), clean and, by Japanese standards, spacious. The owner who lives in the same building met us to hand over the keys and explain the most important things. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
Everything was fine. We just wish we had known how to turn on the hot water (we found out later during our trip that it is often regulated separately in Japan).
