Boasting over 2800 square feet of living space across two levels, and two Master bedrooms, this is the perfect villa for families to vacation together and allow everyone their own space to relax! There are two large living spaces, one located at the front of the home and the other at the rear with views out to the beautiful pool area. The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you may need to cater during your stay. For dining options, guests can choose from the sun-lit breakfast nook, the formal dining table, or alfresco at the patio table and chairs.

The perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring? Relaxing in your private pool, which spans the rear of the home, and delighting in the stand-alone jacuzzi hot tub!

The home features two Master suites boasting King-size beds, ensuites and ample storage space. The first Master is located on the first floor whilst the further 5 bedrooms are on the second floor. Along with the second Master, upstairs you will find two bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds, one with a bunk bed and the final bedroom with a set of Twin beds. The Coastal bedroom theming is sure to please everyone in your party and make the most of your sunny Florida vacation!

A one-time $20 parking pass is purchased on check-in at the resort clubhouse for the length of your stay – the community is gated with 24hrs security.
