When we arrived, house looked as advertised. The main issues stemmed from certain items being worn out. The beds were a bit too hard, especially for the upstairs Master bedroom. The pool table was on mats that gave it a tilt and pool sticks were partially damaged. Most of the TV's upstairs had issues in terms of not being able to get more than one station, connectivity or remote controls. Microwave was outdated, and some pots could use replacing due to rust. Would've also appreciated if checkout was an hour later at 11am, comparable to that of hotels. House was spacious nonetheless, even having a sleeper sofa downstairs, and accommodated our large group well. Living room was a great space to relax and watch a movie or two. The pool was a joy to play in, and the fact that you could set a light timer was a bonus. Community has a lot of activities if you need something to pull you outdoors. Overall was pleased with the rental, but believe that addressing some minor fixes could greatly improve the experience.
