Unbeatable location and view. Staying there is an incredible experience. We had a feeling that we were some noble guests staying in a medieval house with a view above the entire city. The apartment is really spacious and the beds are comfy. The kitchen is old but functional. The check-in instructions are easy and detailed.

We expected more from the housekeeping perspective. It was dusty in some places. The bathrooms were a disappointment. There was an unpleasant smell, the ventilation in the master bedroom-bathroom didn't work. Moreover, there is only one medium towel per guest - no extra towels or hand/feet towels, which is a very minor improvement that could really affect the convenience.

It’s a gorgeous, huge 3 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location. The views are amazing. It’s very spacious and the rooms are comfortable. It’s also accessible by car, which is great for taxi drop off and pick up. The building is quiet and safe.

Unfortunately there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable. The dishwasher didn’t work and we had to wash all dishes by hand. The dishes were not even really clean when we arrived. The staff ignored this complaint and told us it was fine. There was a leak in the primary bathroom from the towel heater. They sent a plumber but it wasn’t fixed during our stay so the bathroom floor was soaked in water for two days, requiring constant use of the squeegee. We asked for more towels, which they didn’t provide. The bathroom heater also didn’t work and there is only one trash bin in the kitchen, none in the bathrooms.
