Lo mejor de la estancia la sencillez de la casa, su funcionalidad.

La ubicación y que tiene 3 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio. Y la amabilidad de los dueños.

Las almohadas son muy incómodas. Para mejorar las habitaciones colocaría mesillas y lámparas.

We really liked the location of the apartment because it was only a 10 minute (really nice) walk to the beach. There are also bus stations nearby, so you can get around Santander easily. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

There was a strong bad smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the drain. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was not satisfying. We came on a really short notice and the hosts said thay didn't have enough time to clean the apartment thoroughly, however, it was more a matter of the apartment not having undergone a thorough, deep cleaning for a long time (bathroom, kitchen, mold in the washing machine). The apartment needs a refresh and is not completely suitable for a family stay (dangerous chairs for the kids). It's one of those apartments, where the owners just throw in some old furniture and utensils (old scratched pots and pans) and think it'll do for tourists, when they should keep in mind that people actually go there on vacation and deserve more to be able to enjoy and relax.
