Sin lugar a dudas, la simpatía, la amabilidad, la hospitalidad y el trato tan cercano de Lucinda, la propietaria. Limpieza impecable. Todo la decoración con un gusto exquisito. Acá dejo mi impresión de una opción de alojamiento que recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

Exceptionally clean and Lucinda was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She told us everything we needed to know about the area and the best way to get into town (via the tunnel). There was no kettle as we have since found is normal in Spain and Lucinda kindly made us a lovely coffee on arrival and departure.
We were aware that this is sharing Lucinda’s apartment and she was very careful to be discreet, but we would normally only book unshared accommodation. However, Santander hotels are very expensive in high season. Lucinda’s apartment is on the 4th floor and accessed via a lift.

The place was very clean. The host was very involved in welcoming the guests, she was very well prepared in the context of telling us important things about the city or recommended paths and places.
The private bathroom is located OUTSIDE the room which was not clearly stated in the description of this location.
During our trips, we are looking for a more private and intimate atmosphere, which we have not found here.
When we left in the morning, we left the room locked, and when we came back, the door was wide open. Why give someone a key if you do things like this afterwards? It was not agreed with us that the host would enter the rented room.
No possibility to speak English.
