L’équipe qui gère cet appartement est tout simplement au top — je comprends parfaitement la note de 9/10, mais pour ma part c’est un vrai 10/10.
Quelques informations utiles : l’immeuble fonctionne comme une résidence hôtelière. Il s’agit de la marque la plus luxueuse d’Emaar, Address. Il y a une réception ouverte 24h/24, ainsi qu’un café terrasse et de très beaux espaces salons au rez-de-chaussée.
La vue depuis l’appartement est absolument magnifique : une vue complète sur le Burj Khalifa et une partie des fontaines. C’est un vrai spectacle.
Le service est irréprochable. Je les ai sollicités à deux reprises et j’ai eu une réponse et une assistance immédiates. Réactivité exemplaire.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci pour votre excellent service.

I loved seeing the Burj Khalifa in all its glory, even during the heavy rain. Watching the fountain show from the room was such a treat. If I ever visit Dubai again, I’m staying here without a doubt 🔥🔥🔥

Spectacular views overlooking the Burj Khalifa from both the lounge and bed room. Extremely comfortable bed and apartment surprisingly quiet considering the prime location. Beautiful park below just a short stroll to the Dubai Mall / Time Out Market and the Opera House is next door. Pool area and gym on floor 2 a useful bonus. Very helpful apartment administrators made check in, out and car parking very straightforward. Thank you for enhancing a magical stay.

Bed was not presented to make it more elegant. Amenities should be open late.
