Victor met us to hand over keys, etc. - he was very helpful - great communication throughout. The apartment was exactly as described - on the first floor - very clean with everything you could possibly require for a great stay - looks like it has recently been renovated. Great people watching from the balcony which gets the sun (sun umbrella provided) . Very safe - there are two locked gates (back and front) before reaching the lift. There are no stairs to the lift from the rear of the property, only a few from the front. We had no problems during our stay. Location is great for access to shops, bars, beaches, etc. Note - the apartment is on a pedestrian street (google maps do not show this) so taxi pick-up/drop off is not possible outside the apartment - back or front. Would highly recommend this apartment.
The double bedroom at the front of the flat overlooks pedestrian street which can be rather noisy at night, but don't let this put you off staying here as the other two bedrooms are in the middle of the building and quiet.
