Clean house. Nice screened-in porch with large table for congregating. Spacious at 4 bedrooms. Single floor ranch with nice lighting.
While it did not bother me, for pickier travelers note the house is a bit "tired". The flooring in some areas and the vanities show signs of a bit of water damage whether from excessive cleaning or Florida dampness, not sure. The kitchen faucet is loose and the curtains do not easily open and close. Beyond that it is a cute house in a quiet area close to grocery stores.

Communication with the host was exceptional! They were able to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby which we highly appreciate! The pool is amazing, we spent a lot of time with our family. Locations is great as well

Very quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. It was pretty centralized for beaches. Clearwater about 25 mins and the others within 30mins to an hour. If you are looking for high class then this isn’t the place for you. The price is very reasonable for this place. I really can’t complain about our stay. Really enjoyed our stay.
This isn’t things that particularly bother us but landscaping definitely needs work and organization of some things. Organization can be impossible with all the guests.
