LRL 5 - Les Reflets du Loing - Nemours-Centre

Den Schlüsselsafe zu finden, war zunächst nicht ganz einfach, da wir ihn außen am Haus vermutet hatten. Der Zugang zum Haus ist leider stark zugewachsen und wirkt insgesamt sehr ungepflegt. Auch der erste Eindruck beim Blick durch die Eingangstür ins Treppenhaus war wenig einladend. Treppe und Flur sind sehr schmal und offenbar schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Insgesamt wirkt der Eingangsbereich deutlich renovierungs- und pflegebedürftig. Der Schlüsselsafe befindet sich im Flur direkt neben dem Eingang zum Apartment. Hinter der Wohnungstür erwartet einen dann allerdings eine ganz andere Welt: Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Die Sauberkeit im Innenbereich ließ jedoch teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Das Sofa weist viele Flecken auf und wirkt dadurch wenig einladend. Auch die Stoffbezüge der Küchenstühle sind teilweise fleckig. Zudem hätte an einigen Stellen - beispielsweise an Fuß- und Griffleisten - gründlicher Staub gewischt werden können.

Très confortable et bien meublé

C'était vraiment prêt pour un séjour tout y était surtout la cuisine,, une grande télé comme je les adore.. le décor et l'emplacement est top on a tout a proximité..

It’s a nice apartment. I liked the space and location. It was very warm in winter, close to free parking area. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bath was also nice. Kitchen had all equipment we needed and it’s nice that owner also left many spices so we could cook ourselves.

I think there are two points of improvement. As we were told on check in notice, sofa was broken. It felt like that sofa was simply way too decorative for the holiday apartment and had multiple issues. To our taste there was also a bit too much decorations. For example glass decorations above bath, where you shower felt a bit dangerous. It feels it would be better to keep it a bit more practical :)
