Location and 24-hour security.
Payment.
Very confusing and annoying process.
The website clearly says that they don’t take credit cards, only cash; to learn later that a percentage was required to secure the stay.. Bank wire was suggested (outside Booking.com platform) which is concerning as Booking.com warns not to make payment outside the platform.
Why the host/hostees don't leave the payment be acquired by Booking.com automatically? I don't know and it doesn't make sense.
A guess simply wants to get to the place and let the system take care of the payment.
I took a risk by paying via PayPal while on the airport on my way to Buenos Aires.
Not cool. Felt rushed and added stress not needed.
I didn't like to be constantly annoyed by text and emails regarding payments..

Ubicación, segurad, atención, y las instalaciones del lugar. Todo cómodo, y muy satisfecho con el hospedaje. Volveria a elegir sin dudas
Nada. Hay gente que se queja de los horarios de check -in pero así es en todos los lugares.

El complejo hermoso, el departamento impecable, todo nuevo, la cama muy cómoda. El personal de recepción excelente, nos permitieron dejar las valijas antes de hacer el check-in y eso nos facilitó muchísimo ya que llegamos varias horas antes del mismo. La ubicación también nos resultó cómoda, pudimos conocer varios lugares cercanos. Lo recomiendo
