Amazing New Loft - Historical Building, San Telmo

Sandra welcomed us warmly and the apartment was immediately welcoming too. The immediate neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and cafes, there is a nearby park, and the heart of San Telmo.a short walk. The kitchen was well stocked. We visited in the winter and a few days were very cold in the apartment but Sandra brought us a space heater which was a big help.

The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the apartment is chilly in the winter, which was not a surprise with it's beautiful, high ceilings.

- Superbe appartement spacieux, propre et confortable, joliment decoré et meublé, haut plafond, dans un très bel immeuble avec ascenseur (l'appartement est au 1er étage). - Très bonne communication avec l'hôte et check-out flexible. - Super emplacement à la limite de San Telmo, à 10min a pied du coeur de San Telmo et à 25min à pied de La Boca. Station de metro (Constitucion) à 10min à pied. - Lit très confortable, plusieurs coussins et couvertures disponibles. - Joli balcon qui donne sur une avenue passante avec des restaurants - Salle de bain propre, avec serviettes et savon pour les mains. Eau chaude et bonne pression. - Cuisine équipée avec four, micro-onde, bouilloire, cafetière, poêle et casserole. Grand frigo. Huile, sel et poivre sont disponibles. - TV avec youtube, netflix et amazon prime (vous devez vous connecter avec votre propre compte) - Bon wifi mais quelques micro-coupures en journée. - Présence d'une climatisation (nous ne l'avons pas allumée) et un ventilateur.

- Avenue très bruyante avec beaucoup de bus qui font parfois trembler les fenêtres (simple vitrage). On finit par s'habituer mais cela peut etre assez dérangeant pour les personnes non habituées aux bruits de la ville.. - Canapé peu confortable - Certains ustensils de cuisine sont endommagés mais restent fonctionnel. - Paiement en espèces uniquement

Bellissimo loft a San Telmo, ottima posizione per esplorare la città e collocato in una zona sicura, ricca in bar/ristoranti e con fermate di diverse linee di autobus vicinissime. Palazzo storico con bellissimo cortile interno. Il loft è dotato di tutto l'essenziale per una gradevole permanenza di più giorni. Molto ben tenuto e spazioso. Perfettamente pulito. Proprietaria disponibile e accogliente.

Purtroppo c'erano alcuni lavori nel palazzo accanto un po' disturbanti al mattino, anche se chiaramente è una condizione provvisoria e non dipendente dalla proprietaria.
