Modern apartment in a large block with manned security access, within walking distance (10 mins or so) to San Telmo market. The apartment has great views of the City and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great and we made use of the gym, heated indoor pool and sauna (top, 27th floor of the building). We were also able to do laundry in the basement which was convenient. The host, Daniel, was very friendly, responsive and helpful.
We thought the apartment could have been cleaner, especially the kitchen area/ appliances and bathroom.
Whilst on the 18th floor you can hear noise from the road outside in the night so light sleepers might want to use ear buds.
There were some hidden costs with taxes and cleaning fees but the host communicated this before we made our payment via WhatsApp.

Si bien no depende del alojamiento en si, si no, de la administración del edificio. Un tema importante es el setuo de temperatura de agua caliente, el suministro de agua caliente está muy por sobre una temperatura segura y podría causar un accidente si no se pone cuidado.
