Maison Étoile - Appartamento Sole

Posizione centrale,a pochi minuti dal centro storico della citta', consigliato per due persone. Pulito ed in ordine, con tutti gli accessori per prepararsi i pasti in autonomia. A disposizione bottiglia di acqua e le cialde per il caffe' con la macchinetta nell'ingresso dell'appartamento. Vista l'estate torrida sono stati aggiunti dei ventilatori che sono stati utili. Secondo piano con ascensore, market e bar a disposizione subito usciti dal palazzo.Gestore disponibile, mi ha trovato il parcheggio per la moto, anche se la citta' mi e' sembrata molto tranquilla.Presente all'arrivo con tutte le indicazioni che necessita un turista appena arrivato. La posizione e' ottima per visitare sia la citta' che per visitare la regione.

Come comunicato al gestore metterei dei gommini a tutti gli sportelli per fare meno rumore alla chiusura. Non ho altro da segnalare

La signora Adriana è stata fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e situato in posizione strategica. Stra-consigliato.

- Wonderful location, right next to the old town, shops and restaurants. - The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with, assisting with everything before and during our stay. - There is free parking available about a 10-minute walk from the property. However, it is not possible to park directly next to the apartment. - The apartment is lovely, clean, in an old Italian style. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a large refrigerator as well as a table and chairs where you can prepare and enjoy your meals. - The apartment also has a balcony, which is very convenient. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains and is a lovely place to sit and relax or hang laundry.

Unfortunately, there are also a few downsides. - Check-in is done in person, which can be inconvenient if you plan to arrive very late or during the night. The owner was very kind and made an exception for us, but it would be great if the keys could be left in a key box so that guests could check in independently. - The apartment does not have air conditioning. Unfortunately, we stayed during a period of very hot weather, with temperatures above 30°C in July, and it was extremely difficult to stay comfortable inside the apartment. It was very hot and stuffy. Fortunately, there was a fan, which helped a little. - We also had an issue with the very small shower. If you are a larger person, or a man with a bigger build, the shower is extremely small and it can be very difficult to wash comfortably. - We stayed here for a full week, so it would have been good to have more toilet paper, toiletries (the soap and shampoo provided were only enough for one day), and coffee. - The bed was not very comfortable and felt quite basic.

Great location in fringe of pedestrian area. Great kitchen and big fridge although close to great restaurants as well. Host was super helpful. Very secure building. Good coffee machine

No lounge area. Bed a bit saggy
