Great home base for skiing Palisades! Everything that you need, nothing you don't

The location is A+! Pros : Covered parking, great spa and gym, friendly staff, and cannot beat location to get from bed to skiing in 2 minutes. The complex is not ultra luxury but I like it that way as people are more friendly and less pretentious. 24 hour front desk is a great plus. Plenty of very hot water, and great lighting. And we found it charming to find the pots, pans, utensil and tea kettle in the tv armoire!

The small things that could be better are minor : One: the small fridge kept freezing our fresh foods because the dial to adjust the temperature was missing so there was no method to set a warmer temperature. Two: When we checked in, there was not luggage valet to use so hauling our equipment up from the underground garage was not as easy, but that's what keeps us in good shape. Three : You hear every foot step from the upper unit. Four : The pans are quite cheap, but we come to expect it (Sadly, I know that people steal quality cookware)
