🚨 Guest Alert: This unit faces a building undergoing a construction renovation project. While your stay will still include all the comforts of your condo, please note the view will be impacted, and there may be construction noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- A queen size bed and kitchenette can be separated from living space by a sliding door.
- Living area features a sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player and dining area that seats 4 people.
- The kitchenette is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
- A full bathroom with shower and oversized bathtub.
- The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.
Located at ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge with on-site covered parking, seasonal swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, this four-season condo is perfect for a couple or friends looking to escape to the mountains. Just steps from The Village at Palisades Tahoe, and a 10-minute drive to Lake Tahoe, you can have the best of both worlds at this studio condo. Enjoy easy access skiing the slopes in the winter or venture out for a paddle across glassy Lake Tahoe in the summer.
The condo itself accommodates up to four people, with all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay at Palisades Tahoe. It features a well-stocked kitchenette with dishwasher, mini-refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, microwave, and all the essentials to whip up delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the living area with sofa, coffee table, comfy chair, and flat-screen TV. The sleeping space features a queen bed partitioned from the common area, with a view of the Palisades Tahoe Lodge courtyard, and offers a seating area for four people to dine. There is a full shower/bath and closet to hang your belongings and feel right at home.
Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
