Bedroom clean with plenty of storage

Rest of apartment not cleaned to a reasonable standard. Old cat who eats with his paws, roams about including on the kitchen table! Living room is coveted in fur and cat's food is in corner which stinks! Toilet seperate from shower room so you can't wash your hands without going into a different room or at all if its in use.

The owner of the flat want to be kind. The location of the flat was good & very close to the train station. The room was cleaned for the guests.

Friendly host, have a lovely final stay in Paris

The host is friendly and welcoming; the location is near the bus and metro station. Shouldn’t be a problem to enter to the Downtown Paris in a convenient way. The cat is so adorable and friendly, I was impressed when he said “meow” to me at the first sight.

If you do care the neatness a lot or an allergic person, maybe it’s not a best choice. If you are a lover to have long-time showering, may not be a good choice as well.

Extremadamente sucio, inhabitable prácticamente… daba bastante asco, es muy desordenado; tener un gato no significa tener mal olor en el apartamento… lo único bueno es su atención y la ubicación, que no está en el centro pero tiene buena conexión con el metro. No comimos nada de desayuno del asco que nos daba todo…

La casa estaba súper sucia, no me pude quedar ninguna noche porque era inhabitable. No reservéis por muy barata que sea. Aunque la nota del alojamiento no sea mala mirad que tiene un montón de comentarios sobre la limpieza !!

L’hôte est très gentil, respectueux et discret. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient propres. Le logement est situé à Ivry-sur-Seine, dans un environnement calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée à Paris. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Il est important de bien comprendre qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais d’une chambre dans l’appartement de l’hôte. Cela peut surprendre et ne pas convenir à tout le monde si l’on recherche un cadre très professionnel ou une totale indépendance.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni zarówno z kwatery jak i ze wszystkich zarezerwowanych wcześniej atrakcji.

Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko ok. 10 minut do stacji metra oraz ok. 15 minut do RER (pociąg podmiejski). Ok. 30 minut metrem lub RER-em do Centrum Paryża. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz.

Appartement très bien localisé à 10mn du Métro et très calme et verdoyant et le chat est sympathique. Bilan global satisfaisant et rapport qualité prix favorable.

Chat sympathique mais ses poils envahissent un peu trop le salon à mon goût et l'hygiène des lieux est moyenne. Heureusement je ne suis pas naireux et ce n'était que pour une nuit...

El gato, aunque estaba muy resfriado. La cama es muy cómoda. La ventana da al jardín. Gilles estuvo bastante atento a responder mensajes y consultas. El metro està a pocas cuadras y conecta bien con puntos turisticos.

Algunos lugares de la casa estaban sucios y desordenados y por momentos se sentía olor desagradable.

Un bon lieu pour voyager avec un petit budget, pas pour familles.

Gilles est une personne très agréable qui m‘a aidé partout. Le clé et la boxe avec code - pour personnes qui ne le connaissent il m’a expliqué et aidé. Calme, propre, un apartement dans le lieu où habite le proprietaire avec son chat. Aucun oroblène.

C‘est une cité au sud de Paris, sans un taxi c‘est difficile de le trouver dans la nuit si tu ne connaisses pas Paris. Gilles m‘a aidé, merci!

Minha estadia na casa do Guiles foi simplesmente perfeita! O apartamento é super tranquilo e próximo ao metrô que leva para o centro de Paris, perto de tudo, e muito aconchegante. O Guiles foi um anfitrião excepcional, sempre disponível para ajudar e dar ótimas dicas sobre a cidade. Me senti em casa durante toda a viagem. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos que quiserem uma experiência autêntica e confortável em Paris!

Desde el comienzo fuimos recibidos por el gatito, el gatito más amable y cariñoso que he visto. Además Gilles es un anfitrión de 10, muy amable, muy atento y servicial. La zona es un poco compleja de abordar pero con las indicaciones de Gilles llegas sin mayor problema. Tienes una estación de metro a 5mn caminando y una de RER a menos de 15, por lo que es perfecta para visitar París o hacer alguna conexión a Disneyland. Siempre agradecido con Gilles. 🙏🏻
