We chose this apartment in the Altamira complex and were generally satisfied as it allowed us to enjoy a prime location and get to know the area.
The Pros:
Amenities & Comfort: The interior is very modern with two AC units, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The living room features a very soft and comfortable sofa. The host thought of every detail: there is a safe, beach towels, board games, and even a few starter detergent capsules.
Service: The host was very welcoming and greeted us with a complimentary bottle of wine, which we truly appreciated.
Location: The complex is right on the beachfront near Playa del Duque. Access to the pools and the promenade is very convenient.
Things to Keep in Mind (Important Nuances): not minuses at all
In reality, Altamira is a residential complex (formerly a 3-star hotel), and pool access is a standard right for every resident. This is a building feature, not a special privilege of this specific apartment.
The View: The listing mentions "Beachfront Elite" and "Garden View," but the apartment is actually located on the 5th level ( according to ocean level) and zero level in the rear wing of the building. The balcony overlooks the parking lot (partially screened by bushes . There is no direct sea view from the apartment itself.
Bedroom Layout: The bedroom has a unique heptagonal (seven-sided) shape. While architecturally interesting, it’s not very practical — the bed is pushed right against the wardrobe on one side, making access quite tight.

Все сподобалось, все відповідає інформації на сайті. Розташування дуже хороше. Басейн, декілька ресторанів, пляж були поруч. В апартаментах дуже затишна тераса.
Менеджер Юрай був на зв'язку, все пояснив, допоміг з усіма питаннями. Ми задоволені😊

Très bon accueil par l'hôte qui nous a donné de bons conseils.
Appartement en bon état, cuisine équipée avec les ustensiles nécessaires.
Plage, petits commerces, pharmacie, médecin, location de voiture à moins de 5 min à pieds.
Calme à l'intérieur de la propriété mais...
... chaque soir, l'hôtel à côté (Riu Palace) organise un karaoké ou concert entre 21h15 et 22h30 environ. Pas du tout idéal avec des enfants.
