Perfect for a relaxing break

Well equipped and spacious with a fantastic log burner. Perfect place to relax and see in the new year. Great walk from the barn into the local woods and surrounded countryside and well located for getting to the coast.

A beautiful stay with beautiful views, everything is so clean and well equipped. Muffy is on hand for anything you need, we also loved the lovely cat, she is gorgeous.

An exceptional place to stay!

A beautifully presented barn with everything that you could think of...and more! This is a really exceptional place to stay! Large spacious, tastefully designed and attention to detail was fantastic. The facilities were amazing from a fabulous picnic hamper to a well stocked kitchen, with high quality appliances. The king sized bed is really comfortable with good quality bed linen and a thick cosy duvet. Despite the size, it was warm with no drafts. The bathroom is spacious with a generously sized walk in shower. This had a large square shower head, and separate hand held shower head, with a good amount of power. We rarely return to places we stay at as there are so many other lovely ones to try, but this was so exceptional that we would definitely choose there, the next time we visit the area. Thank you to the wonderful hosts who were very responsive to messages, and very kind and helpful. All in all a wonderful stay!

Perfect get away in a beautiful barn conversion

The barn was perfect! Well equipped, modern but with lots of character and homely touches. Very peaceful and private. And the added bonus of Happy the cat who was very welcoming and great company.

We loved the space of this open plan accommodation, the decor and colours, and the very well-equipped kitchen.

We would have preferred a separate bedroom. It was very light early in the morning and none of the many windows had black-out curtains.

Amazing Holiday Let close to Holt

There was everything at the property that we needed. Really lovely kitchen, we loved the fire, and the bathroom was a very nice size and luxurious. We were completely private but Muffy was always on hand if we needed her help or advice. A really nice stay, lovely walks around the property. Lots of really nice touches like milk on arrival, tea, coffee , sugar, dishwasher tablets, made our trip so much easier. Sadly I lost to my partner at table tennis !

Beautiful place to spend a couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A lovely place to call a home from home. Great eye for detail to make our stay a pleasure.. we are hoping to book again fairly soon.
