Where to start. The cottage is in a great location. The amenities in the cottage were exceptional. and very well equipped.
It was a great base to explore Norfolk and lots of nearby walks (maps in folder from Hosts were great). Bedrooms Roomy and comfortable. and the Kids loved the quirkiness of the beams and floorboards upstairs. The welcome cookies from the host went on the first night.
There was no check in time time on Booking.com just a drop down menu so requested a 2pm check in but was not informed till the evening before that check in is 4pm. had already planned pick ups and schedule so ended up walking round the village for a couple of hours, A check in time on the site would have been handy

Good location. Quiet, rural feel and outlook yet literally 5 minutes walk to Reepham town centre. Large, open plan ground floor and well equipped. Lovely pub also 5 minutes away.

The cottage was delightful. So many quality touches, Denby mugs, homemade bread and cake and jam, butter, milk and wine provided to start us off, beautiful smelling handsoap in the downstairs WC, fab set of knives and fully equipped kitchen and utility. It was flawless and classy.
I'm not sure if it was another holiday maker or the permanent neighbours (!) but they made quite a bit of noise, with music and shouting at their dogs!!
